Tonya Craven Announced as Vice President of Compliance

We are excited to announce that Tonya Craven has joined Partnership Property Management as Vice President of Compliance!

Tonya is an experienced affordable housing professional with a strong background in LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and Rural Development programs.  Her career in the housing industry spans over 20 years where she has gained extensive knowledge in program compliance. Tonya is committed to providing safe and affordable housing for families and communities, guided by a strong focus on compliance and integrity.

Tonya holds HCCP and C3P certifications, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and industry best practices.

Partnership Volunteers at BackPack Beginnings!

For over half a decade, Partnership has taken great pride in volunteering and donating to BackPack Beginnings, a local 501(c)(3) charity in Greensboro, North Carolina, that serves children in need. BackPack Beginnings’ vision “is a community of healthy and well-nourished children… one BackPack at a time,” and distributes food, hygiene products, and school supplies in backpacks.

 

On August, 20, 2025, twenty Partnership employees volunteered to pack backpacks! Partnership also is proud to be donating school supplies to BackPack Beginnings this September.

Mitch Poole promoted to Software Engineer

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Mitch Poole to Software Engineer. Mitch has been an integral part of our IT team for the past 5 years. He has helped develop many new applications and tools which increased our productivity and efficiency. We’re excited to see Mitch continue to innovate! 

Kelly Wilson promoted to Director of Accounting

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Wilson to Director of Accounting effective June 1st. Kelly has been instrumental in leading and strengthening our accounting team. We look forward to the continued value she will bring to our organization as she oversees our accounting operations. 

Ginger Morris assumes new role as Director of Financial Reporting

We are pleased to announce effective June 1st, Ginger Morris will assume her new role as Director of Financial Reporting. Ginger will be responsible for supporting our property financial reporting requirements. She will provide leadership for a team of Financial Analysts who in turn support our property management teams analytical data needs.  Ginger has played a crucial role in accounting and finance for PPM for many years, and we are excited to have her in this new position.
