We’ve done it again! The Council of Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) has named Partnership Property Management 2nd in the nation on their 2023 Top 20 Managers list. We’re thrilled to celebrate this honor for the second year in a row.

Earlier this month Partnership Property Management attended a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Kirkwood Grove apartments in Hudson, NC. Kirkwood Grove offers affordable one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments to senior residents. Rents range from $371 to $721, and apartments are available to households with income ranging from 40% to 60% of the area median income. Partnership Property Management began leasing units in November of 2022 and are thrilled to share that the property is fully rented.
We would like to recognize Site Manager Jennifer Bragg, Maintenance Caretaker Ken Hair, Regional Property Manager Julie Carlisle, Executive Director of Property Management Suzanne Turner, and Compliance Specialist Kaitlyn Sexton for working diligently to make this Rent Up a huge success! We can’t wait to continue to offer the residents of Kirkwood Grove the best Property Management services so they can continue to call Kirkwood Grove home.
Last Saturday Partnership Property Management participated in the Elm Street Run Festival. This event benefits TriadBeHeadStrong, a local charity supporting brain and spine tumor patients and providers. The Partnership Property Management family participated under the team name “Morgan Strong” in support of Morgan Walters. We were the largest team with over 50 employees, family, and friends racing alongside Morgan, Travis, and their family!
