Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds to computer support requests to ensure user productivity
  • Installs necessary software and hardware on new and existing employees workstations
  • Relocates hardware to required locations and ensures accurate access levels
  • Manages the Help Desk Queue to ensure timely support
  • Records software and hardware inventory
  • Maintains network accounts
  • Software testing and documentation
  • Data entry and special projects
  • Performs other duties as needed

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two to three years’ experience in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, and computer hardware
  • Above moderate levels of service orientation and troubleshooting
  • Self- motivated and organized
