JOB SCOPE
There is an art to managing property successfully. Taking care of land and buildings, and the residents in those buildings is a profession as important and difficult as any other job out there. Partnership Property Management understands that it takes a strong team to be successful and we are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Caregiver at Woodridge Apartments in Ashville, NC.
Key Competencies
Basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge
Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc.
Ideal candidate will be well-organized, pro-active, knowledgeable in troubleshooting maintenance needs and coordinating contractor services.
Skilled trade replacements and extensive repairs are made by third party service contractors.
Must have reliable transportation and provide your own basic tools.
Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
Pay range $19-$24 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
30- 40 hours per week
