The Terrace at Rock Quarry is a 132 unit, senior apartment community that is currently under construction in Raleigh, North Carolina. It will feature 48 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, and 56 two-bedroom units. This one building community will be four stories and include three elevators. There will be a covered drop off area at the front entry as well as an inviting front screened porch. Apartments will include a dishwasher, emergency pull chain, frost free refrigerator, mini-blinds, self-clean oven, patio/balcony, and washer/dryer hookups. The Terrace at Rock Quarry will have a community room, computer center, covered picnic area, and an exercise room.
