Partnership Property Management is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple residential communities. This role combines on-site responsibilities with remote administrative work to ensure efficient property performance, strong resident relations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities Include

  • Travel on a regular basis to visit assigned territory and site staff.
  • Maintain day to day property operations for assigned communities through high communication with site staff.
  • Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process
  • Oversee the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds
  • Monitor cash flow and cash requirements in conjunction with Senior Manager to ensure efficient use of cash
  • Perform regular property inspections with staff and State Programs
  • Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
  • Support occupancy goals and uphold property appearance and safety standards.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess real estate license or willing to work towards one
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Proven experience in management, evaluation, development, and motivation of subordinates
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
