Balsam Edge is an 84 unit apartment community under construction in Waynesville, North Carolina. It will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The community will feature a community room, computer center, covered picnic area, exercise room, laundry room, playground, and tenant storage area. Each apartment will include a self-clean oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, frost free refrigerator, ceiling fan, mini-blinds, internet connection, and exterior storage.
