Full Time Apartment Site Manager and Leasing Agent

We are seeking a full time Leasing and Management Professional for a tax credit apartment community in Raleigh. This property is currently under construction and property lease up will be the initial focus. Position responsibilities following lease up will transition to full time day-to-day leasing and management activities to maintain the highest achievable occupancy. Ability to handle high pressure situations and seek solutions is a must. Skills required include maturity, consistency, high standards of organization and efficiency, and delivery of exceptional customer service. Computer literacy and basic math skills are needed. Candidate must successfully pass credit and criminal screening. Pre-employment and periodic drug testing required. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accepting and processing applications
  • Maintaining and updating the waiting list
  • Explaining screening and qualifying criteria
  • Frequently walk the property to ensure best curb appeal and image being presented to public
  • Show vacant apartment homes and amenities
  • Providing property information to prospective residents
  • Answering and returning phone calls
  • Completing annual recertifications with current residents within required time frames
  • Address resident concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Reporting to Property Manager and Director of Property Management regarding property performance
  • Work closely with other on-site team members
  • Maintain a neat and organized work space in accordance with company standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
